Shipping Policy

Dhvanii is an entirely digital, software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods, and there is nothing to ship.

How you receive the service

Once your subscription payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your account is upgraded to the chosen tier immediately and the additional monthly minutes are added to your quota. You can start using the upgraded features straight away from your dashboard. There is no waiting period or activation delay.

Access

You access Dhvanii through the web application at our website. No installation is required. The product works on modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari) on a laptop or desktop, and through the mobile web app on iOS and Android.

If your account is not upgraded within a few minutes of a successful payment, write to support@dhvanii.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will investigate within 1 business day.
