Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Dhvanii is a monthly subscription service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page inside the dashboard, or by writing to support@dhvanii.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You keep access until then. We do not automatically charge you again once you have cancelled.

Refunds

Because Dhvanii is a digital service with usage-based costs that we incur as soon as you start a meeting, we do not offer refunds for partial use of a billing month or for unused minutes that remain at the end of a month. Unused minutes do not carry over.

We do issue full refunds in the following cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same month due to a billing error on our side.
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing month.
  • You purchased a subscription within the last 7 days, used less than 10 minutes of transcription, and email us to request a refund.

To request a refund in any of the above cases, write to support@dhvanii.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We respond within 3 business days and, once approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is paused and your account drops back to the free tier. Your meetings are not deleted. You can resume any time by updating your payment method on the pricing page.

Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade between paid tiers from the pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; the price difference is prorated for the remainder of the current month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.
